Stephens & Associates was founded with the guiding principle of providing legal services in a professional manner but with a personal approach.  We treat our clients as we would wish to be treated; with respect, courtesy and compassion.  We understand that litigation is inherently stressful and can be very emotional for our clients.  Our attorneys and staff make themselves accessible throughout the process for questions, suggestions, concerns or sometimes just to listen.  Each client is treated as an individual, not a file number.
