Justin Rightmer is an Associate Attorney at Stephens & Associates. Justin takes great pride in client satisfaction, approaching each matter with one thing in mind: achieving the best possible outcome for the client. Justin has experience in general commercial litigation and transactional law including contract enforcement, trade secret disputes, and estate planning.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin before beginning his legal studies at the University of Houston Law Center. Justin believes his eclectic experience helps him connect with clients from different backgrounds. His interest in health care law arose during his law school years and was encouraged by medical professionals in his family.
Justin has immense respect for the dedication and hard work of health care professionals. He understands their work is complex, challenging, and often emotionally taxing. Justin cares about his clients and believes in forming a personal connection with each one of them. He is a fierce defender of his clients’ position and will always fight for the best possible outcome.
When not at work, Justin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and dog. He is an avid world traveler and spent time living in both New Zealand and Ireland.
